by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

✧︎** 𝘕𝘖𝘛𝘐𝘍𝘠/𝘊𝘖𝘕𝘚𝘜𝘓𝘛 me whether this will be for commercial use, if so, prices may go up, otherwise commissions are for personal use.**
✧︎** you acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is SOLELY DIGITAL, meaning there won't be any shipment of physical goods.**
✧︎ as the artist, I maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, and portfolio.
✧︎__ neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.__
✧︎ you're NOT allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
✧︎ credits to me (©pinkiegvts; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

♡PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS♡

✧︎ commissions are not first come, first serve. I have the RIGHT to refuse service, if I deem your commission too vulgar or not confident in my ability to provide you a satisfactory result, I CAN & WILL refuse service.
✧︎ full payment will be sent beforehand or at sketch approval, and via Paypal invoice only.
✧︎ any edits can be made during the sketching and painting phase; once sketch is approved I start working on painting ➝ rendering ➝ background.
✧︎ turnaround time for commissions completion will vary depending on the artwork's type, going from 2-4 weeks to 2-4 months.
✧︎ I do NOT allow chargebacks or paypal disputes; for any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have.
✧︎you may ask about your commission status /WIPs anytime you'd like.
✧︎ deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.
✧︎total refund will be given __ONLY __if I haven't started working on your commission or if I, as the artist, won't be able to complete your order or have taken longer than turnaround time;
